Responsibilities:
In-charge of moulding room activities;
Develop new moulding facilitates for Form Cup;
Supervise the daily operation of moulding schedule;
Motivate and coach subordinates for team building and development. Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in Fashion and Clothing Studies preferred;
Min. 5 years relevant working experience at similar capacity;
Mature with strong team leadership and communication skills is essential;
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, details-oriented & good analytical competence;
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage. |
