Key Account Manager(Accessories): Responsibilities: · To achieve sales target assigned for the key accounts in the territory · Work with Field Marketing Developer on NPI sales for identified key accounts · To quote prices, terms, delivery dates based on product knowledge / company forecasts and inventory · To prepare monthly reports to document activities / results and market intelligence while feedback promptly to the team · To work with customer service team to coordinate sales activity and expedite order fulfillment · To investigate and help resolve customer concerns promptly · To assist the team to meet divisional objectives To handle clerical work if necessary Requirements: · University graduate · Colleague graduate / Higher Diploma with experience will also be considered · 5 years experience in sales role. Experience in similar industries is an advantage · Strong communication, listening and negotiation skill · Outgoing and good in dealing with people. (Interpersonal Skill) |
