工作职责如下: •Responsible for managing all aspects of HRM like Recruitment of local staff and workmen, setting up system of performance management, implementing functional and behavioral training and development programs, manpower planning, budgeting etc. •Responsible for local statutory and legal compliance, liasoning with various authorities for permissions, licenses, audits, certification etc. •Responsible for managing welfare activities, wage and salary administration, general location administration, health and safety issue as per local regulation and guidelines. •Responsible for building productive teams at Nanjing,China •Assist location management in resolving issues pertaining to people and use communication effectively to build a cordial relationship amongst all stake holders. |
