1.Major in textile/garment Engineering or relevant field.
2.At least 10 years working experiences in garment and fabric QC/QA,3 years managerial experience.
3.Good leadership ability to lead and motivate people.
4.Broad knowledge of garment construction, paper pattern & technical specification preferred.
5.Familiar with all testing standard & methods of European market.
6.Able to identify quality problems and provide technical support,recommendations to management
7.Effective communication skills,ability to work and interact with others
8.Candidates with work experience at international testing company like ITS, SGS or SGT will be appreciated.
